Our member, Kehinde Adegboyega has announced his selection for the Residential Institute on Frontiers and Frames for a New Digitality from 4 to 9 March 2025 in Bali, Indonesia!

“As the Executive Director of the Human Rights Journalists Network Nigeria, I look forward to engaging with global civil society actors to explore the evolving digital landscape, its impact on human rights, and strategies for advancing digital justice,” Adegboyega said in a LinkedIn post.

This institute, organized by the School of Digital Justice at IT for Change and supported by the Fair, Green and Global (FGG) Alliance, and Global (FGG), will bring together scholars, activists, and development practitioners to discuss platformization, digital economies, and legal frameworks shaping our future.

Adegboyega was recently in Taipei, Taiwan along with a member of our Executive, Blessing Oladujoye at the hashtagRightsCon2025  during which they co-hosted   a panel on “Cybercrime: The Criminalization of Expression Online in Sub-Saharan Africa” with Committee to Protect Journalists.
